are you planning to collect all RE games or is this just a small side quest ?

Hi, to be honest i'm planning on boxing all my sealed games up (except my FF collection), not selling from or adding to my collections and putting the box somewhere safe for around 10, 15 years, that is why i've listed all my bigger sub collections now.

But not to fear!!! I will still be collecting sealed games but i'm going to concentrate my efforts & funds on my Final Fantasy collection.

I think to concentrate your efforts & funds to your FF collection is the best idea ! I would do the same thing!

Yeah, me too, i love collecting them, (a little too much for my bank balance), there's loads of them out there and if i own an unsealed one it's great to play them as they're great games too!

I love the RE series (more so playing them, not collecting them).:-p The only RE sealed games I have are 2 copies of RE:4 for gamecube (they're a special edition available at gamestop stores in the US; limited to 48,000 so I figured I get a couple and hope they'd be worth something someday...still waiting for that day).:-p Also have a sealed RE preview disc for the GC that was a preorder bonus for RE:4 when that came out (it just shows video's of all the RE games for gamecube up until that point). All in all....nothing worth a damn.

I never really bothered collecting the GC versions of alot of these games; mainly because they retailed for $40 new at a time where you could get the psx version for $5 (I'm referring to the RE:2, RE:3 and RE:CVX ports, CVX for the ps2 was always cheap too). However these games still retained their value (I remember my local gamestore selling RE:2 for $40 USED a few months after it was out). Now I don't even own psx copies of most of these games. I've stopped playing them and just got rid of them (don't plan on playing them anytime soon); the only RE games I still own and could play if I wanted to are RE:1 for the psx and RE Dead Aim for the ps2; that's it.

Yes i too love the resident evil series of games, personally i'd sooner collect them, it was a good game and everything but just not my sort of game (i'm more into japanese style RPGs), however i used to own my copy of RE 2 for the PSX and N64 and also RE code veronica X for th PS2, i'm looking at getting RE 4 for the wii once it goes cheaper
