I just like to stare at them through a thin transparent sheet of plastic.
Its erotic in a way. In so far as I view ebay auctions while pleasuring myself." (c)

Holy hell. That's awesome. If there's one game I enjoyed playing on the genesis, it was this one. Nice one Dark Sol.

Re: Post When You Receive A Sealed Game
BTW speaking about this Flashback. I wonder if it's a reseal or not?
It's a Mega Drive version. Not mentioned though if it's for UK only or what. Maybe it's australian version?
It's strange it's shrinkwrapped because UK games were only sealed with a sticker.

Re: Post When You Receive A Sealed Game
Could be Australian Only way I can see it as is that each region has their own sealing preference. Maybe like the US region, Australia also shrinkwrapped their games as well. Can't say for sure, however it looks authentic to me. There is always a case in doubt with different seal types with the genesis/megadrive.Dark Sol wrote:BTW speaking about this Flashback. Re: Post When You Receive A Sealed Game
I've received a bunch of games in the last few months, but these three stand out for me:

A factory Sealed Phantasmagoria...woot!

This auction was for a factory sealed FFXII CE, and just happened to come with a full sized store display for the game too. The whole thing ended for around $50.00, so it was essentially, buy FFXII, get a store display free. Score!

This is just a sealed Zone of the Enders 2: Second Runner. But this one was $30.00. Steal city.
That's all. Peace,

Re: Post When You Receive A Sealed Game
wtf?! I want this store display !!!
!
your ZotE doesn't have the white inlay and the hologram seal on top ... so $30 wasn't a steal ^^

Phantasmagoria...that game brings back some good memories for me! As Pascal said, your ZOE2 unfortunately is the Gamequest Direct reprint

This confused me too, but ZOE2 was rereleased sometime after it's initial run and these rereleases have no security label at the top. I have seen many second release copies on eBay and they all look identical, sans the strip...so they're legit, but obviously not as desireable as a first release sealed with security sticker.

Re: Post When You Receive A Sealed Game
50$ for both of those FF12 things? The shipping must have been at least 50$ too!

Actually the $50.00 included shipping. The auction ended at 29.87 (awesome) and the shipping was $25, so about 55 total.
