I have bought many games from him with no problems either. I think maybe he just forgot? Did you try to email him again?

You might want to try checking some of those games you bought. Guaranteed you have some reseals.

Though what can i say, i've been in a similar situation twice, glad i managed to resolve one of them and the other was just $40 or something, so i let it go and wished the kid a good life Smile

report him to the FBI online, i did (i had a run in with him with a certain game). he will eventually go to jail, its just a matter of time. he is taking advantage of ebay and all of its loopholes. i almost reported him to his local police but i thought the fbi was enough. they probably did nothing like always but at least it got their attention. with enough people doing it, it'll make a difference. the NES guy that was resealing went to jail for what he did.

im not sure if everyone had seen the nes's guys story, its not as touching, but it is scary from the beginning:

First of all, I'd like to say that about a year ago, I myself gave in to the temptation of greed by resealing NES games and selling them as new. It worked great for a while, but eventually word got to the FBI and I was arrested.
